水溶液成分分析标准物质
本标准物质可作为标准储备溶液,通过逐级稀释配制成各种工作用标准溶液,用于测量仪器的校准、测量方法的评价和给材料赋值。
一、本标准物质是采用高纯物质、高纯试剂、优级纯的酸、碱和三次纯化水(经电渗析、离子交换和石英蒸馏器蒸馏),在(20±1)°C的条件下釆用重量法准确配制而成。

标准物质的不确定度为扩展不确定度,由高纯物质纯度、高纯物质和称量及温度变化引入的不确定度合成。
三、溯源性及定值方法
本标准物质以重量法配制值作为浓度标准值,其质量浓度用重量法、滴定法等测定验证。高纯原料的纯度经过重量法、滴定法及ICP-AES、ICP-MS杂质扣除法进行确定,并通过使用满足计量学特性要求的制备、测量方法和计量器具,保证标准物质的量值溯源性。
四、均匀性及稳定性考察
参照国家《一级标准物质》技术规范,采用ICP-AES、离子色谱法,按随机取样规则选取样品进行均匀性检验,用F检验法判定样品是均匀的。采用相同测量方法,本着先密后疏的原则,定期随机抽取样品进行稳定性考察,证明样品是稳定的。该标准物质自定值日期起,有效期二年(混合标准溶液的有效期为一年)。研制单位将继续跟踪监测该标准物质的稳定性,有效期内如发现量值变化,将及时通知用户。
五、包装、储存及使用
该标准物质以高密度聚乙烯塑料瓶封装,每瓶50ml或500mL。
需在避光、阴凉、干燥处保存(冰箱冷藏最佳)。
